We would like to inform you that the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to take place on 19th June has been postponed until 17th July 2026.
This decision has been taken to allow additional time to ensure that the process for nominating and electing committee members is fair, transparent, and properly communicated to all members. It is important that those elected to serve on the committee have a clear mandate from the membership and can lead the club with the confidence and support of its members throughout the coming year.
We appreciate that this may be disappointing for those who were expecting the AGM to proceed as scheduled. However, we believe that taking the time to get the process right is in the best interests of the club and its future governance.
We will shortly communicate details of the nomination and election process, in the meantime please do not return the previous versions of Proxy Forms, as these are now null and void.
